Daniel Sheps - Developments of the New World, Inc Bait & Switch & A Total Fraud Hollywood , Florida

My experience is a similar one to the other complaints posted. We got with Daniel Sheps for the same reasons. He was to remove tax liens from our credit report and once this was done, he was then to establish business credit for us. We paid for the tax lien to be removed and were told that this was done but after further investigation found that it had not been done. This all began in early March 2009. Last I spoke to Daniel was January 5, 2011. He promised that he would follow up with me on the status of the tax liens a service for which we had paid $2,000 for him to provide. I have not heard from him since despite numerous phone calls and emails the company phone number which was once listed has since been disconnected and no new number has been provided.
 
The only reason I gave him the $2k was because he guaranteed that he would get the work done in 6 months if not he would refund us our money. When the 6 months passed he gave us the runaround and said that he would have his people work on it. I kept things very amicable in an effort to get this handled. It has been 2 years and although he got the lien removed from 2 of the credit bureaus, it still appears on the third and that is affecting our credit score.
We have contacted him numerous times in regards to the refund. He agreed to refund us the money as per his email below.
