We went into Dannys on 6/18/12 to have our A/C line cleaned out for the new A/C compressor that was installed, and to have the system recharged. The mechanic that was working on our truck was a trainee(we found out after the fact due to being charged 3 labor fees) which is part of the complaint, we paid labor fees for the trainee and for the person who was overlooking his work. Anyhow, the trainee admits to taking off the wrong screw and hose which he damaged, we right away reported him but the surpervisor an sight insisted the trainee has to fix his own work, against our wishes...5 hrs later job is done even though we have stressed to all parties on site we where not satisfied with the services and we should not be paying 3 labor fees, we are all for people being trained and are not against people learning, how would we have been here if we werent trained for our position, but when our equipment is failing due to someone else mistakes then it becomes a problem. 11 days later the exact same hose malfunctions, we went back to Dannys since they know about the situation, but they will not warranty out part, after complaining to several managers nobody would help, including Shawn(manager)..he said he was not aware even though 3 other managers did know the situation...he would not help and said the only one that could is the owner Vicky and she was on vacation for the next 2 weeks.
