I regret to say I hired these crooks to do a job for me on E-Lance. What a mistake!! They took the money and never finished the job. What a nightmare. I'm a small start up and that $1000 hit I took really hurt. Do yourself a favor avoid foreign outsourcing companies. You will regret it.
