Still no apology and in denial

As far as going to another dentist, the morning after Dr. Darwin Naranja tried to cover up his mistake and sent me home with the same file in the molar still a festering infection, I woke up to find my face numb. The emergency number they provide in their after hours recording led to a non-working number. In pain and scared, found an emergency dentist on Yelp. I am glad I did because I found a wonderful highly rated doctor that is honest, competent, and cares about his patients. I should had searched Yelp when I was searching for a dentist before meeting Dr. Darwin Naranja. I could had avoided a lot of pain and anguish.
Dr. Darwin Naranja claims he is "Sorry that this happend", but he doesn't specify what he means by "This". Is he sorry that he caused me massive pain, that he failed to inform me about the real cause of the infection, that I still have damage, that he billed my insurance for services not provided, that my teeth were still very dirty even after their so called cleaning, that he treated me like an ignorant person who would still return to him even after his deceipt? Tell me what is he sorry about. NO apology even for the injuries I still bear till this day.
He comments that "this might have turned out differently". True, had I continued going to Dr. Naranja, I may have died. As suggested by The New England Journal of Medicine an infection of this nature is a life-threatening condition as it could cause a heart attack given my health conditions. My blood pressure was super high when I arrived at the emergency dentist office. How much more differently could they have turned out? There was no other solution, the only thing Dr. Naranja could had offered me was the truth early on when the file incident occurred so I would had not been in pain so many months and my life would had not been threatened by the infection. Dr. Naranja should had never sent me home with that infection still festering and instead he should had offered the truth with a solution, the only solution. Only when faced with producing the x-ray and fragments of the tooth from my new dentist did he fess up.
As far as my husband, in what world would any sane person return to a dentist that denied his wife of proper treatment and caused a loss of a molar? He would NEVER return to be treated by Dr. Naranja, even if he was offered a million dollars. He is being treated in a place where he is comfortable and under the care of a dentist who works with his anxiety and openly shares what he is billing our insurance for and the amount.
One more word of warning, this office did bill my insurance for services which were NOT provided. So if after all my warnings you still decide to visit this office, please keep a close eye on what they bill for and do not sign anything until after they provide the service. I placed this advisory on this site so that people can be made aware of the incompetence and the poor business ethics Dr. Naranja has demonstrated in my experience. I don't like nor dislike Dr. Naranja, I just do not respect him as a dentist, professional nor do I care for his lack of ethics. So this review is my story, my exprience, and I hope it helps others.
Regarding the sexual harrassment case, I only reported what was in the news at the time of the complaint. The outcome, can be follwed up on by anyone who is intrested in knowing anything further.
There is just one positive thing I can say about McCarthy Dental Spa, that is that the front desk staff is superb. They were very welcoming and I am sorry to see that this doctor's level of dentistry knowledge and moral business ethics is not comparative to the good customer service they have provided. I wish them the best of luck and hope they land in a better place soon.

Instead, you opted to go to a different dental office and I am sorry that this happened, but if you had given me the opportunity this might have turned out differently.
About your husband's treatment, we've had the permanent bridge here in my office for over one year now.
During that time, we had the bridge for more than six months and your husband never came back to get his permanent cemented so whatever he has right now is only the temporary.
Regarding the Sexual Harrasment, I don't know where you got that information, but your sources are wrong. This allegation was not proven to be true. The Lower Court, the police investigator, and the California Board dismissed the case for lack of evidence.
