Data Source Solutions CONTINUALLY HARASSES US VIA FAX AND PHONE FOR SERVICES WE NEVER AUTHORIZED Wilmington Delaware

Data Source Solutions called us for the first time in July of this year. They got our store manager on the phone and told him that they were calling to renew a subscription to an on line directory. He said that he did not want to renew. he talked to a lady named Jackie Gregg who gave him a reference # for cancellation. A few days later we received a bill. I called about the bill, armed with the cancellation reference # and was told that the bill was for the previous calendar year listing from January 2007 to December 2007 and that they bill a year behind. They went on further to say that the service was authorized by an employee of ours who did not work here back then. They said they had a recording of the authorization. When I asked to listen to it, they were unable to play it. I told them that I am not going to pay this bill. Since then they have repeatedly called and mailed copies of their "invoice." The last straw was this morning when I got a call from Sarah Grant asking for our fax #. If they listed us on some website, wouldn't they have our fax number????? I called after receiving the fax and politely told her that we did not authorize these services and that we are not going to pay for them. She was rude and "promised" that she would be calling again. All of our advertising is handled through our corporate office. We have no need to be listed to some website that can only be found by typing in their web address. It appears to me that they took a bunch of business names and phone numbers and typed them into a list and are now calling and harassing the businesses for payments when no real service was ever performed.
