The website questions when signing up is confusing, which caused a friend and me to both pay double. We informed the owner who said he would refund our money but then ignored all of our attempts and never refunded. I read several reviews on Yelp where similar things happened to others. Sometimes the company wouldn't hold the events customers paid for and would not refund the money either. They're just all about taking money.
