I bought an enclosed trailer (homesteader) from Dave's Trailers.  Approximately 3 months later, rustEd water was pouring from the corner.   It was not known where it was coming from, but something was not right.   Took it to the dealer Dave and they drilled holeo in both of the welded hollow support rails.   These rails are supposed to be sealed air tight.   They did not ask permission, they just did it.   I didn't get a call until after they drilled holes into the trailer rails.   They claim no wrong doing, bout the manufacture says it was inappropriate for them to do this.   It compromises the structure now.  

I have to sue in order to find remedy.   My auto insurance carrier would not pay the claim, or surrogate in my behalf.    The manufacture assumes no responsibility either.   They pass the buck and make it impossible To get resolution without spending lots of money and time to get justice.   If you need a trailer, you are better off spending a little extra and save yourself the headache.   In addition, the owner is a real gem....not....he tries to cover his a**, but should not get away with his ill business practices.   People like this should be shut down, and not allowed to conduct business.
