Dave can file his rebuttals all day. He is what people say he is.  That I know.  He tries to correct things in the wrong way. He went after people. The truth is can not sue anyone. They can all sue him. He is lucky he doesn't have anything worth suing for.  He is a pan-cake full of bitterness, ill will, and lies. He is out to hurt anyone that has a problem with him. He can not take it if you don't give into him. He feels he is always right and that is not possible in the world to be right all the time.  Just read how he goes on about himself and then read what others have to say about him. You can surely figure out what's what.

I hope it is through and I hope this doesn't mean you will keep on with the libel on other sites under false names, as you have been. If not, if you continue on Ripoff, Complaints.com, squeakywheel.com, reviewstalk.com, etc. then we will pursue suit.

These are just lies that you have been spreading: no one takes care of the cats, they are all sick and wild, Larry was fired from him job, etc.  That is not speaking you mind. That is lying. It is not protected by free speech.

You haven't been here for years and have no idea the condition of our cattery.

The man didn't say that you had problems with your driveway just that you gave him no explanation why he couldn't come. Larry didn't say you had sick cats. He said he couldn't imagine a reason you would turn down a resale unless there was a problem.

And yes, you did harass me by calling repeatedly. You name comes up on my phone, so I finally had to turn my phone off. I was having panic attacks because of that mess.

I sincerely hope this is the end and we don't have to go on with any of this. I could go on and on about what you have said just in this last post, but I don't want to continue this.

We love our Bengals and appreciate you initial help. You sell your cats, and we'll sell ours. Just leave us alone.

I want to start this by saying that some can dish it out real well , stirr it up good ....but ,when their practice's are illuminated the cry load and often.
In ten years of a business where you have many ,many things that can become issues. I have my compitition ( you are correct about the IP addresses and we are 100% convinced you are part of this problem ) feeling comfortable about slandering my cattery.
Last year ,around feburary....I had a customer return to buy another bengal. We had 4-5 days of heavy rain and I couldn't get people in my driveway. My cust, Lance Alexander called acappella
and spoke with Larry.  

the the reason why I wouldn't let him come in was because I had sick cats. A total lie. Lost business cause of a slanderous statement. This is a fact. I called Larry one time , was preparred to turn the cheek and All I got was a VULGAR ,insulting dialog from himself. 99% of all of my dealings have been more so with Larry than Jonni. NEVER multible emails to jonni or phone calls.
Now, she brings up a few names. First Vyckie Myers.......and then Morris mu.......seems like someone is meddleing......two names in ten years ? Ok, Vyckie, I facilitated a breeder sale for her cattery . It was NOT a Clarkstone bengal. After two years , Vyckie, decided she didn't like the bengal. Two years !.......We tried everyway to mediate this issue and nothing could ever be decided so, we let a judge figure it out. I do not hide this. I am not ashamed of this. Larry, has made statements that it was a clarkstone cat that was wild ? Not a bit of truth here .
Now jonni, wants to dwell in my business which is  sinful.....
The next, Morris mu.....a chineese nationalist that committed to buy 6 bengals from me last year.
He had two seperate meetings planned to visit with me and he failed to make the appts. I ended up keeping 6 cats for 6 months for him, got my fish and wildlife permits and we are in the process of figuring out how much of the deposit should be refunded to him.
Neither one of these issues are any body's business but mine. If you care to hear the whole story ,I will tell you about trading with the Chineese or trying to facilitate a helping hand from one breeder to another. MY  NUMBER is 830-609-4601.
About the abusiveness in your home Jonni, these we're your words to me with tears in your eyes one evening. Straight from your heart tell  folks that  you wanted to buy a prenant ( bred) bengal from my cattery and I pulled the pug on the deal. It was a call that I' had to make and for several reasons. I refunded your money TWICE........and Larry, ended up breaking the agreement.
So, My advice to you ,is to stop the slandering. Quit meddeling. If you do not know the entire story , don't promote the negative.
Why is it you don't tell others that I have a TICA Otstanding Cattery.....because it's not in you. Your the one that has religion,right ?.......
You seeked me out years ago, I taught you about the bengals and helped you many times and now your proving to be an INGRATE. Your exposing only yourself.

I have never said one bad word about you. EVER !.......You have never had one customer that has said ,that I had said something about you.
Larry, has told others that we are fueding ( I got someone to swear to it and she is a licensed doctor ) . I don't fued with anyone. The doctor also said that he was on a fishing trip asking all kinds of information about myself. MORE  MEDDELING !
So, we have a lot of slanderous behavior coming from the Acappella camp. They like getting into others business and without really knowing the truth.....they take sides and spread lies.
When they get busted , emailing false reports on their compitition.......it's because their lack of ethic's. Breeders do not treat breeders like this. They just don't know better.
Even Larry claims to be a mentor but, never has showed a bengal.....how's that working for you.
In closing, I'll stand tall, look you in the eye, ANYTIME.......and be proud of my hard work. I understand that I AM NOT perfect. No man is. Everyday, I try my best.
Jonni, if you got the money, then sue me. I have a constitutional right of freedom of speech .Everything   I have ever
said about you , Larry or Acappella's is true and can be proved. I do not lie ,don't have to.
We'll go to the beer store and find out how much Larry consumes in a week....better yet in a day.
That's not my business. It is my business to defend myself. If I have to share some truths to defend my character ,I must.
Jonni, in the future remember Meddeling is a SIN.......before thinking that you have it right.....think twice. Stop trying to collect tid bits on others.....it's trivial and cruel.
Oh, and yes.....I've already been to my attorney.....his advice is to ....STOP coming to these GRIPE sites. It's dirty laundry and there seems like plenty of crows enjoying this bloodbath.
If in ten years you havn't got two issues with folks then good for you......your more perfect than I and you can convince everyone to buy from you.
THis is my last visit to the site. I refuse to wallow in the stink that was created by someone I have no control over.
I forgive. When they stop talking about me then , it will be just someone else. If anyone really cares and would like to talk to 30 breeders that I mentor on an everyday base's ,I share the list with you. They have no complaints and could come to court for me . Dave, no matter what name you use, its still comes out as being you making the attacks.
Acapella Bengals is not dirty, we do not attack under hidden names, we do not sell sick cats.
Once again, if this continues, you leave us no choice but to take legal action. I believe you are already quite aware of the court system in Guadalupe County. Justice of the Peace Todd Friesenhahn called us personally to find out if all Bengals were as wild as the one you sent to Vicki Myers.

We backed off the last time because I couldn't handle all the nasty emails and harrassing phone calls every few minutes, so that I had to turn off my phone. It was making me physically ill. This time we will not quit.

You portrayed Larry as an drunk that lost his job because of his drinking. Flat out lie.
You continue to post that our kittens are all sick. Flat out lie.
You post that our vet has said that our kittens are sick. Flat out lie.

You post under different names, but it is obvious that it is all by the same person matching the posts that you did put your name to. A court order can reveal the IP addresses of all the posts.

We have lots of people that have already offered to testify on our behalf, including Vicki Myers,  Morris Mu and many of our satisfied buyers.

This is the last chance. Any more negative postings on any, I repeat, ANY postings on ANY board and you will be sued!!!!

It seems like more than one cattery is going through this cyber bullying. I read reports about how they were done wrong and what a cruel person I am. I have posted my number several times and instead of posting call me and let me know what your situation is. I have been trying my BEST for a decade and it seems then less than 1 % really have a problem with me or my beautiful bengals.
I know of other cattery's experiencing the same .
If what you feel is sincere call me at 830-609-4601 , let me fix , what your concerns are then , you can repost and let the world know whats going on. How's that !
Most of the comments are about me. Not my cats and all I can say , I'm not perfect......
I think it is more than that, however. It's tone is always the same, but , I never get a call.
So, yes, come from within the shadows and stand tall. Be completely honest and If you have a problem , I can fix it.
If your someone , that didn't work well with others or couldn't foolow diresction and we stopped mentoring you , well.....so be it.
I am proud of my hard work, dedication, friends met along the way , and my beautiful bengals.
Everyday I try to be a better person and to forgive those that tresspass against me and more....
I have two years left and they will go quickly. Those that need to whine or b***h what will you do then. Most likely ,the shadow dwellers will always be in the dark.

The above complaints about Dave Clark at Clarkstone Bengals were not posted by Larry Doeppenschmidt of Acappella Bengals. He thinks that we are slamming him and we are not responsible for these posts. We don't even know who these people are that posted complaints about him. He has jumped to the conclusion that we are out to hurt him when it is exactly the opposite.

Not only does he flat out lie about us, he has mounted a campaign to spread lies about us all over the internet. We will not apologize for something we never did. We stand behind our kittens and strive to keep our reputation spotless. In the end, the truth will come out.

   I just happened to be reading this report in passing and this reply struck me as being pretty comical.

  I can only assume that what you learned in sunday school went in one ear and out the other.  Pretty sad.

In the past 6 months ,after 10 years in the business......We have an ingrate that loves to provoke.
He's hysterical !  We have mauntained a TICA outstanding cattery award for 4 years straight.
This man runs a cattery close by and has to run down others to compete. He is the most unethical breeder in the business. What he doesn't realize is that he is really exposing himself.

Our business couldn't be better. Every single alagation is false and ask yourself why he hides in the shadows . We are all here due to the fact that we have called that number and been abused beyond words by this man. My name is Dave and I have managed the clarkstone cattery for about ten years. In the last 6 months my cattery and my reputation has been compromised by our competitors. It has been conspired by a cattery that I helped get started . They came to us first and we mentored them. Once we learned certain things about their character, abusiveness and core beliefs we knew we didn't want our name in their cattery. We never went into why we had to make the seperation but, our beliefs we're correct.look what they are trying to do to me here.
This deep seated anger keeps boiling over and can't understand why they are even doing this. It's DISHONEST and UNETHICAL.we saw this years ago and now they are proving that we were right.
I am not here to bash anyone. In sunday school they taught us ( those that went to Sunday school ) if you do not have something nice to say about others ,then don't say anything.
Most of everything they are writing is about me and my personality but, they are all cheap , unhonest satements that is used to create more business for them and less for me.
It's HATE, jealousy and SHAMEFUL. On a time line , a court order for a sworn statements I can prove where these post come from.
