Dave Cunningham Construction Dirty Dave, Cunningham Construction, Cunningham Foundation Accepted $3000 for work and disappeared Blue Springs, Missouri

In response to this complaint, I hope you consumers can first see between the lines in her complaint and realize what a farce it is.  I have been in business here in Kansas City for 25 years. I have repaired hundreds of homes, was awarded in 2001 for my work, have been published nationally for my foundation repair techniques and am refererred by engineers, real estate agents and homeowners I have worked for, other than this consumer. We completed the work, to the highest standards and I was paid in full, simple. This consumer, during and  after the job was complete, made numerous attempts at pursuing me in a relationship, to which I denied her.

I'm happy in my current relationship. Her husband at the time divorced her because of her antics and alcoholism. She has complained to numerous agencies to try and destroy me, to no avail. The only company to actually do a physical investigation, and not just written submittals to a website, was the BBB. They found the same results and continued to keep my A+ rating. I apologize there are consumers out there who try to hurt people when they don't get their way. I will gladly provide references from numerous jobs should you want me to work on your home. Maybe someone should create a website for consumers like this so no other contractor is treated like this for no reason.
