Our booking agency is told how much money the band needs to make. They go and find the band shows for the amount we tell them we need to make. A client guarantees a certain amount of money to the band and the band then sets a budget.
We had a signed contract guaranteeing us a set amount of money. In return we were to perform a concert at your event. We fulfilled our end, and you fulfilled your end and the contract was fulfilled.
But then you file a report saying you lost money on an event and its the band's fault? So much so that we should have a ripoff report on file in the public domain??
I am sorry that the event lost money but why is it our fault? Why is it our obligation to "renegotiate" our contract after the event flopped? If the event was a huge success and 10,000 people showed up would it be fair if we filed a ripoff report saying that you guys refused to "renegotiate" and pay us more money?? No. And it isn't fair to claim that we ripped you off by because we simply did our job.
