Dave Skoblar is a serial cheater, compulsive liar and scam artist. His "non profit" Project 195, project195.org, is a total sham - he gets groups to stay at his illegal and unsafe hostels for $40/per person per night, in 2 x 4 wooden bunk beds, and then foists them off to other REAL charities doing clean up work in disaster areas. He is a disaster event leech - he runs to the most recent tornado or flood disaster and sets up shop. He uses his status as a fireman to create trust in people, while he's doing everything from cheating on his wife with his webmaster, his volunteers and his interns, some of whom are high school and college age. This man is in his forties and hanging out with college girls so he can hit on them. He has zero interest in real non profit work. His next plan for his "charity" is to set up a college fund for disaster stricken kids and make sure his kids and Pat Tirri, other Secretary of the "charity", get the benefit. 

His wife found out about his behavior just after Valentine's this year and has been in contact with many of the woman Dave cheated with, through his charity. This includes cheating with Heidi Martin Rodenburg, Kelly Chandler, Lily Ecreg, Cara Curtis Jagodowski, Kristen Sanders, Sabine Schorr and Melissa Ulto. His wife was devasted by this because Dave took trips with a few of these women and he assured her it was only on "charity" business. 

Dave also hires junkies and alcoholics to run his illegal hostels, because who else would work for just a place to stay? Addicts that's who. His last hires have included herioin junkies, meth addicts and longtime alcoholics. His Joplin hostel was gutted for all the copper pipes and appliances by the last junkie who live there, making the "hostel" uninhabitable. It will be closing soon, as well as the Little Ferry hostel, as they are both illegal hotels not registered with either state, nor have any certificate of occupancy. 

Dave's charity has had many tax issues and has lost tax status several times. Dave has repeatedly gotten into fights with Pat Tirri, the charity secretary, due to his continued misappropriation of funds. This includes paying for his home, travel and children's expenses, and buying such items as an XBOX ONE this past holiday. He feels entitled because the charity doesn't pay him, he says.

Dave is unrepentant and will continue to cheat, lie and set up "hostels" wherever he can get away with it. If you think sleeping 10 to a room in 2 x 4 wooden bunkbeds, in what is meant as a single family home, is safe, you are completely wrong - it is terribly unsafe and a total fire hazard. A good fireman would KNOW that. 

Dave is a sociapath. No other way to put it.
