Dave/George Schnook David, Dave, George Shnook or Schnook Obscene, offensive, and racist language used Los Angeles California

I paid $20.00 on pump number 8 at the Rodeo Drive ARCO station and once I finished I got into my car only find out that the gas gauge did not register any additional fuel added into my tank. I double checked the pump meter to assure that the full $20.00 was registered on the pump meter and lo and behold it read $20.00 worth of gas was supposedly dispensed. 

I went to speak to the cashier who rudely told me that it wasn't his problem and suggest I speak to someone just as rude and ignorant as himself. I looked up the company contact info online and was told that my complaint was filed and a man who goes by the name of Dave or David or George Schmook (not sure how the last name is spelled so maybe Shmook or Shmuck) would contact me. 10 days later and still no contact from "Dave". Finally, I contacted customer service once more and was given his direct phone number. 

He answered the phone by the name of George and stated he was the manager when he is clearly the owner. He refused to clarify just what his first name is and to top it off he used obscene, racist and foul language in order to get me to drop my request that he look into his broken pump further. He hung on me several times and has now been reported to the LA County Agricultural Commissioner/Weights and Measures. The phone number to reach this poor excuse of a man is (818) 288-5521.
