David Burks Burks Trailer Park, Mobile Home Park, Family Home Park, No good trailer park ower lies to get more tenants! Hickory Flat, Mississippi

 Burks Trailer Park has been in business for 11 years. It is a good family park we have about 200 people living within the trailer park all the children love it here. Which we have many of people still walk at night here and the trailers are very nice! We DO NOT have drug dealers we also have a Church in the middle of the park.

We have a lot of hard working people that has lived here for many of years we have also had two marriages that has took place here in the summer of 2008 and the Rip Off Report of this trailer park that someone posted on September 16,2009 so how can we be a bad park so go figure that out.

Sometimes people can't pay there rent but we give them a chance some people take advantage of that and get angry all we do is try to help people because everyone has to have a place to live!!! Thank you

This guy lies about the situation of his trailer park to draw in more tenants.  He claims it is a "Family Home Park" but in reality it is filled with rejects from other trailer parks, gang members, drug dealers, dogs barking, loud yelling, cursing, fighting, loud bass music, car flying down the road, etc.  The park is just outside the city limits and the owner lives in town away from the noisy park, they have 3 or 4 trailers per acre and 3 or 4 trailers per septic tank.  Health hazzard?  Someone needs to shutdown ths guys park before things get worse.
