I was told that Attorney Graban had agreed to take over my bankruptcy case for no additional charge by my old attorney. I made an appointment with Attorney Graban to discuss my case and mentioned what my old attorney had told me. During the appointment, Attorney Graban said he never agreed to take over my case which was news to me! Then he charged me $50 to tell me this!

Not very ethical behavior!
