David H White Metzer and Schelling Law Group Class Action Settlement Scam Detroit, Michigan

Received a letter from David H White of Metzer and Schelling Law Group of Detroit, MI and Windsor, ON. According to the letter I have been awarded a settlement in a class action lawsuit which I am a party to in the amount of $132,000.00 of which they have sent me an Official Check drawn on Wachovia Bank in the amount of $1,975.00 to cover baliff and court processing costs to receive my settlement. 

But before I cash the check, I am to call them at some Quebec telephone number and the transaction must be completed in five days.

The best part is that David is unable to disclose the names of the parties involved because due to a privacy agreement. And the final coup de gras was  "Please do not make any public inquiries of any kind to a third party" because his office has been solely trusted with doling out the cash to maintain the privacy agreement.

The address in Detroit is in some big trucking and packing area of the city, and the address in Ontario is either a strip mall or a motel. 

Stupid moron, I wish they could catch the guy and throw him in jail or send him to Nigeria where he has won the lottery.
