This is a very serious warning to beware of a character called DAVID ROWE who lives in the Calahonda/ Riviera area of the Costa del Sol.
This man is a fraudster who has been ripping off customers and clients for years now. he sells properties that dont exist, takes property resevations that he does not return. he DOES NOT have bank repossesions. Why would the banks offer a ex-con one man band their properties when they have perfectly legitimate companies to sell them on.
he is currently being sought by the Policia Nacional in Spain for mortgage fraud, document forgery and attempting to defraud Santander Bank of almost 1,000,000 euros.
STAY AWAY from this man and avoid him at all cost. He has upset some local gangsters who are also very interested in talking with him as well.
You cant mistake him. he is short, Very fat indeed and bald. Normally he is under the influence of cocaine. he can also be found at any of the local w***e houses. He is well known there.
