David Jakobot has been engaged in fraud for years. I am publicly posting my concerns in an attempt to prevent him from victimizing others.
He has a history of preying on investors unfamiliar with the oil and gas industry and has intentionally failed to provide accurate information to the Railroad Commission of Texas and the State Secretaries Board of Texas. He seeks out investors from outside the State of Texas or from other countries to willfully defraud. He has falsified documents and is a true con artist.
I advise anyone looking to advance capital in his projects to first run a thorough background check or conduct an internet search to verify his reputation. You will find violations filed with the Railroad Commission of Texas, individual Texas Counties and additional State regulating agencies. He has been involved in civil lawsuits over the years for fraud and breach of contract.

I have known this man and have worked for him for many, many years, This has damaged his reputation and it is far from the truth, These websites love to post these things because they charge to remove them. Anyone, Yes anyone can post these lies about YOU just by signing up and writing anything they want. If he was like this he would have been in trouble 25 years ago when he started in the Oil and Gas Business but the person who wrote this will not post their name because they know it is far from the truth. All you have to do is to talk to the numerous people who work for David and they will tell you. So do not believe this as this could be wrote about you in just 5 minutes. We are sorry that there are people out there that are very jealous when someone is as honest as he is and works as hard as he does. I am writing this because he is my friend. And why do you not check like this loser states that he has been involved with fraud in the past. This person has not even used the correct address or any kind of truth. Jimmy

I have known David Jakabot for a long time and have worked for him on several occasions, he would take the shirt off his back if someone needed it. He has done so many good things and for someone to put this false information about him for what I have seen this man do for people makes me sick. This is not true and I will stand by him all the way. Destin Riley

Who ever posted this information about myself is eather a disgruntled employee or a dishonest person. I have never preyed on people and if this person says I have let them post their name because they used a fake email address. They know that Bill Durkee got my company in trouble with the securities but that was Bill Durkee. My name was mentioned because he worked for ME. And please show me one. yes one lawsuit for any fraud. So when you find out that this email is a fake, please contact me and remove all this data. This person must prove that I have hurt them in some way, I would love to hear this one. David Jakobot
