HE LIVES IN A HOUSE THAT HE DON'T PAY RENT FOR BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN SOLD FOR THE TAXES AND THE COMPANY THAT BOUGHT IT DON'T KNOW HE IS LIVING THERE. If you know he is living in a house and not paying rent why not contact the company that the house belongs to and get the exact address of said house, and then contact the police in that area and have papers served on him for the back support. Do not tell the owners of the house he is living there, if he gets wind that you are looking for him he will just bail again.
