David M. Green has ripped me off, recieved a cold call from one of this sales folks his name was Chris Rascionato, at 1st i did not take his word for it, and later on got he name of the firm and the written contract figured that this was real.  After collecting $3500 from in a few payments stopped returing my phone calls and kept on telling me that they are taking care of the modification not to worry.  A few month went by and i kept on calling or emiling the person that was incharge of the modification Karen Clark was my contact person this girl spoke to me 1x and that is after i started complaining to David M. Green that nobody is calling me back.  He then provided me with Joseph Rivera who was Karen's boss, and he spoke to me a few time ensured that evertythig is being taken care of.

A few month later still have not heard back from David M. Green office or staff i was served with court papers to appear in court, now my morthage company wants to garnish my pay.  I faxed over the paperwork to Karen and once again ensured that evertying is ok not to worry once the modification is complete the court processeding will go away no need to go to court for this.  But ofcourse as stupied as I know i am now, i took her work for it.  .  A few weeks later i recieved paper from the court stating that court has now approved garnishemnts of $196 every week from my paycheck, now this is almost $800 for me and $800 from my husbands paycheck total of $1600 a month mind you this is a 2nd mortgage and originally was $1100 a month.  After calling David M. Green and his staff they said it was not possible that this could have ever gone thru they have never seen it.  After checking on the index and advising me that its actually true, i was now offered to file Bankcrupsy that woudl be the only way out of this situation. 

I am still in disbelief that i'm lossing my HOME, all thanks to David M. Green.  After requesting for my money back, David said originally that to file Chapter 12 or 7 woudl be an additional $5000 I said NO WAy i dont want to deal with you guys and said I want my money back , he said you sighed a contract and I advised him that the contract stated if a modification is not accomplished would refund amound paid minus $495 processing fee.  I was advised that I am not reading the contract correctly.  The person that I was speaking to the next assitant Renee Tenpow was very helpful and actually cried on the phone with me, because she did not me to loose my home.  Ofcourse come to find out later the girl quit because she said i have 4 kids and I cant watch this office do the scam anymore.  I have not heard back from David since  February 11, 2011.  How can we file a class action against this guy?
