David Mann Threaten me with jail to sign a quick claim deed to my home told me that the judge did not give me a legal fee award for his services as I found later there was a 15,000 award to me . He gave me the wrong dates and times for court hearings and conspired with David Yavitz who also lied to the court and had me falsey arrested when he committed fraud on the court ..That is Cook County Richard Daley Center where they shopped for a judge that would go along with there Lies Judge Morgan Hamilton violated all the constition and the Statues of illinois.

David Mann is a lieing crook he told me if I did not sign the quit claim deed the Judge was going to put me in Jail And I She said that is not what I said and David Mann was dismissed from case. He would have me come to court when there was never court date I drove for 6 hours to get there.But he is known to be part of the tribe???He is unethical spoke in court over the Judge many times... Has no class and no legal knowledge he is not in it to up hold the truth but to scam you for all of what you have.......Beware do not hire him ...

I was granted an award of legal fees of 15,ooo dollars in which David Mann did not inform me of I had to find out after he was fired from my case.
I requested a vacate of the divorce matter where Judge Morgan Hamilton denied me and took the word of David Yavitz that his client David Schauss had paid $2,500 and $834.00 x 2 and he did not also asked that I would pay his legal fees of $5,000 dollars for his day of work, David Yavitz asked the court for a total of $8,760.16 to be placed into his private account or I would go to Jail,no prove of what Yavitz said to the court it was a HUGE lie at the cost of my financial stability my body my mind and my beleif in humanity He destoried it with his lies due to his well known legal status he is above the law?
Falsley arrested I went to Cook County Jail ,Where they finger printed me and took my blood x-rayed me and told me if I did not have a pap smear that they would put me into a physco ward. Later I was placed in to a section of the jail where there were women that had KI*LLED more than 7 people they call it HIGH Profile area I am here on a fraud case made and created by David Yavitz .
This is a case of fraud on the court with corrupt intentsion by all parties involved I have contacted every official in the Judicary seeking help How ever they just carry a title with a pay check Thnaks to our tax dollars And it is our tax dollars that pay for corrupt system like this I not the first and won't be the last . DO NOT LET THIS STORY GO UNKNOWN The World should know.......
