David McClure has been taking investment money from people since 1996 and has yet to pay back one dime of it. In over 5 business propositions including VortalOptics, Edgeworth Properties, Bedford Biofuels, Art Without Borders and Bella Bay, he has raised well over several hundred million dollars but has yet for one investor to receive their capital investment back, let alone an investment profit.
He has affected hundreds of individuals and families, and is currently under investigation but he continues to con people. It is time his victims come forward to tell their stories so that this man can be stopped.

I have been advised by David McClure's lawyer to remove this report or face a lawsuit.
I have asked RipOffReport to remove the first post/report. If they do not, I would like to clarify the following:
I should also have been clear that this post was written based on my beliefs and opinions.
What I should have written initially instead was this:
I met David McClure in 2009, and invested a large amount of money in Bedford Biofuels based on his representation of himself and a promise to return the Capital after 1 year. I have many friends that also made similar investments. To date none of our money has been returned and Bedford Biofuels Inc has since filed for bankruptcy.
David McClure has been involved in raising investment money for several years for numerous ventures including Edgeworth Properties, Art Without Borders and Bedford Biofuels Inc. The money put up from investors is well into the Millions. Investors in these ventures have sustained tremendous and many cases total losses as the companies are either no longer in business or have gone bankrupt.
It is believed that David McClure has been reported to the RCMP and the Alberta Securities Commission and investigations of this nature can take years.
I believe there are many other investment opportunities available for investors to invest with people who have a better track record than David McClure.
I have asked RipOffReport to remove the first post/report. If they do not, I would like to clarify the following:
- I cannot confirm that a dime was not returned to at least 1 investor
- I cannot confirm that every investor lost their entire investment
- I cannot confirm the date that David McClure began to raise capital
- I cannot confirm that David McClure is continuing to take money from investors
- I cannot confirm the total amount of capital raised by David McClure
