David Morgan And Associates Threatening and harrassing phones to my self and my employer palm Coast Florida

I kept getting these messages at work that I wa to call this person. I had no clue who it was. I called it and talked to a guy by the name of Ricky Simmons. He continued to tell me that he was some officer and that if I was on probation or anything that I needed to contact my probation officer and contact my attorney, that I was being charged with theft and fraud because of some payday loan that I supposedly never paid back??? They continued to call and demanded that I pay over $800 that day or the case would be downloaded and their would be cops at my placce of employment to pick me up. They constantly called and left harrassing messages on my phone and at work. My employer was getting ready to file harrassment charges on them.

I had my attorney call them and they told him that they couldn't give him any information about the case. There has been different people. The ones name was kelvin kein, but weird enough he sounded like Ricky Simmons. When I told him that, he said there was something wrong with his voice that day.


I told him my phone was being disconnected and he wanted me to give him a neighbors number or my friends number to get hold of me. I told him he was nuts to think I would give him any phone numbers and hung up on him.

I tried calling all the numbers they gave me including 321-221-0017, 321-221-0018,1866-998-0017, they wont go through
