This gentleman started a network marketing "idea" that seemed to be legitimate with a creditable company, TriVita Corporation. He wrote a 4 page letter about his plan to make money for people by leveraging, with his money and his time and after putting in my money (and others their money) with a guarantee of your money back if it did not make money for you. The Trivita Company made him stop with his "idea" because of legal problems. Now as I understand it, he will only return people's money in the last 60 days, some and had their money returned, however, I put my money in further back than 60 days and to date have not received my money back, and it looks like I won't based on what I've been told. People have tried to call him (I do not have privey to his phone number) and there is no one answering his phone, only a mail box that is "full" and no one can leave a message. A guarantee is a guarantee, no matter how far back it goes. This is just a warning to anyone who may do business with him - he's a crook. Don't send him any money, you will never get it back.
