Hired Davis for an appeal. Once you pay him he is done talking with you, he will not answer your calls. His associates will write your appeal, his office will cover for your past attorneys, by not arguing any ineffective assistance of counsel which is already part of the record and reviewable on direct appeal, even if this would win your appeal! He will only argue what your previous attorney argued at trial if anything. He will send one of his associates to argue this in front of the appeals court.
Davis is a high price crook, he is an ambulance chancer, he just wants to get his picture on TV so he can lure people into his office for help. When he's not screwing your case up, he's down at one of the casino's gambling the hard earned money away you or your relatives payed him to help you.
So if your not a Fireman caught in a motel with a hooker, or a U.S soldier caught sexually assaulting a women, or your case is not an easy way to get him on TV with a quick money lawsuit. He's not going help you so don't kid your self like I did.

(Case Won) Wife kidnapping, first degree sexual assault, plus.
AUTHOR: Omaha NE - (USA)

Won Case
STATE of Nebraska, appellee, v. Tyler C. BAIN, appellant.
No. S-14-638. Filed January 8, 2016
A jury found the appellant, Tyler C. Bain, guilty of four felonies stemming from his assaults of his former wife with whom he was living: kidnapping, first degree sexual assault, second degree assault, and making terroristic threats.
The Court, Because the court's procedures were inadequate to ensure that Bain received a fair trial, we vacate his convictions. Because we vacate Bain's convictions and do not know whether the State can prove that a new trial would not be tainted, we do not address his remaining assignments of error.
REVERSED AND VACATED.

www.wowt. John Stacey. Allegedly made comments in front of a 12-year-old girl during a tour of the fire station.
www.ketv. Michael Scott is accused of third-degree domestic assault. In her application, the 38-year old woman alleges that during the assault, Scott called the woman's mother, put the woman in a headlock and said, "Tonight was the night I was going to die like O.J. and Nicole."

Pay your dues to the advertisement scam and any attorney can call himself a Super Lawyer. Luckily former Bellevue Police Chief John Stacey was fired from his job. Nebraska has a history of not pursuing criminal charges against State and County employee's. Maybe Davis owed former local news broadcaster Michael Scott a favor for past attorney advertisement. If Michael Scott likes beating on women he'll be beating on women in the future.
How would you like to pay Davis his high retainer fee only to sell you down the drain, and to use your case as a bargaining tool for one of his TV spotlight cases? I'm sure he has lost more cases and sold more people down the drain than any other attorney in Nebraska so he could obtain a few winning cases. IF you don't have a TV camera following you around after you've been charged with a crime, don't hold your breath hoping for his help.
