Ripoff Report REVIEW
Davison Design and Development joins Ripoff Report Corporate Advocacy Business Remediation & Customer Satisfaction Program. ..A long name for a program that does a lot for both consumers and business alike.
..Ripoff Report Corporate Advocacy Business Remediation & Customer Satisfaction Program, ..A program that benefits the consumer, which assures their complete satisfaction and confidence when doing business with a member business. As a matter of policy, when Rip-off Report is retained by a company to mount an independent investigation and to publish our findings, we examine the truthfulness of the consumer complaints using every bit of information at our disposal. Our process is systematic and highly effective because: 1) It takes place at the consumer level and 2) the company or individual in our Corporate Advocacy Program must commit to 'doing whatever it takes to make things right with their customers.' By working closely with the company or individual, Ripoff Report can track the footprints left behind when their promised level of customer service is actually followed by the solid ground of real behavior. Only then do we publish our findings
Rip-off Report cannot ever guarantee any product or service, but we can only report what we find, in order to help you get a better understanding of the company or individual we are investigating. That having been said, the conclusion Rip-off Report came to after our investigation, to the best of our knowledge, is that this company is a reputable firm, offering products and services of real value.
ALL COMPANIES GET COMPLAINTS, BUT HOW THE COMPANY HANDLES THOSE COMPLAINTS, SEPARATES GOOD BUSINESSES FROM BAD BUSINESSES.

Ripoff Report review Davison Design and Development
Davison Design & Development contacted Rip-off Report, wanting to address complaints on the site. The company, and its founder George M. Davison, stated that Rip-off Report is a valuable tool for consumers and has the utmost respect for the consumers voice. In an industry littered with despicable fly-by-night scam artists, Davison has taken to bringing legitimacy to this industry. Rip-off Report has seen many of these companies go out of their way to relocate and change their names to continue doing business; however, Mr. Davison has always maintained his name to the company and believes in its work.
Every company receives complaints, and with more than 55,000 clients contacting Davison every month for free information the amount of complaints they receive is few in comparison to some. However, Davison has made a commitment to 100 percent customer satisfaction. Davison Design agrees with Rip-off Report that "one unsatisfied customer is one too many", and Davison has shown that it won't let poor service slide through their system.
In the course of new product development, Davison works to educate their clients to the importance of its Inventegration process. Client concepts can change many times and may alter to better address the problem the client seeks to solve. When dealing with design issues, Davison wants to make it right. Its compliance department works to remedy poor service the best that they can, in some cases it means a redesign and in others it means a refund. After talking with executives from Davison, it seems like they have a proven system of putting every step of the project in front of a client to be signed before it can move forward in their system. So, at every step of the way the client is responsible for approval. With the commitment from Mr Davison and other executives to Rip-off Report Corporate Advocacy Program, inventors should feel confident, in trusting Davison's commitment to their project.
Rip-off Report found that the commitment of Mr Davison to meet client satisfaction 110%, Davison Executives explained that in recent years they have instituted the following:
*A customer satisfaction survey following the research phase of their process and again following the 3D rendering phase.
*We daily record samples of calls or random calls for training and quality assurance purposes.
*Began a quality control department in its design department, ensuring that the designs and prototypes are constructed properly and meet the client's concept.
*The Vice President of Inventegration, in charge of Davison's large design department, personally reviews all of the 3D virtual models and all of the completed projects for quality assurance.
*The Vice President of New Products conducts daily ongoing training for his staff of new product directors. This training consists of Industry knowledge/education, customer service, and professional development skills.
*The Vice President of Marketing personally reviews all positive and negative posting about Davison Design and
*Development (Davison Inventegration) and reports directly to the compliance department.
*The compliance department addresses all issues and complaints directly with the department Vice Presidents.

ED Magedson EDitor@RipoffReport.combadbusinessbureau.com www.ripoffreport.com =====================
To all clients of Davison, past, present and in the future.
From George M. Davison, CEO & President of Davison Design and Development, Inc. (Davison Inventegration).
ABOUT ME I've always been a creative person. I began inventing at an early age, leading me to pursue my first invention shortly after graduating college in 1987. I had what I thought was the best idea, but I soon found myself asking the same question most inventors do - what is the most economical way to protect and develop my idea into a product. After spending more than $30,000 dollars through a two-year period, I finally finished a working product sample of my idea. Before I could even get my product in the hands of a corporation, I was beaten to market by a major company, armed with more money and resources than I had. I was devastated, and broke. I vowed to make it my mission in life to help inventors pursue their ideas with the least risk possible, and develop a process that will integrate a new product into an existing corporation's product line. And so in 1989, I incorporated Davison and invented the Inventegration process, which is the foundation of the company today. Today I employ more than 275 InventionmenR, the men and women who assist inventors and corporations through our organization. We have 110,000 square feet between our two Pittsburgh, Pa., locations and design and develop more than 200 new products each month.
THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS WEB SITE We as a company initially chose not to respond to complaints on this site. We found many complaints were non-factual, subjective and unprofessional. Over time, I realized that our potential consumers, competitors and inventor groups were using this site to damage the company, my reputation and our brand. I promise that our company will continue to adapt to our customer feedback while working with the Rip-Off Report to respond and work to resolve all matters. Prior to 2000, customer satisfaction services were not centralized, which led to inconsistent results. The company has centralized its customer satisfaction services under one compliance department to ensure that all customer issues are handled as consistently, fairly and completely as possible.
LEGITIMATE COMPLAINTS More than 55,000 inventors and idea people request free information about Davison Inventegration every month. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We know it's possible to satisfy every individual that hires Davison. We have a compliance department investigating the validity of all complaints and working with clients to determine a reasonable resolution. Additionally, we now monitor and record a random sample of our phone conversations for additional quality assurance and training.
My hardworking and dedicated employees are committed to changing an industry, tainted by fly-by-night scam artists. We're committed to making the process of new product development economical and exciting, and we'll not be satisfied until the invention promotion industry has changed. We'll defeat those companies that don't work for the independent inventor.
OUR SERVICE In this letter, I want to clarify what we do for our clients. After we establish confidentiality, our client hires us to search patents and the market to provide research information to them and the development team that will be assigned to their project. They also sign a contingent fee agreement for us to represent them to a corporation. If our research determines that we can physically design a working product sample, then we present our design service options and fees to our client. Client input is provided to the development team and there are specific stages where the client must approve our work before moving on. Once the sample is complete, our licensing team presents the product to a corporation for potential licensing. If the product is licensed, our team works with the corporation to make any design enhancements at no cost to the consumer, as well as manage any future royalties if the product is sold in stores. If the product is not licensed, we can repackage the sample for a modest fee and present it to additional corporations. This is Davison Design and Development's exclusive Inventegration service.
NOTE: Please write a detailed message of your complaint, also include your phone #, and my Compliance Department will investigate your complaint and refer you to the appropriate person who will contact you via e-mail or by phone within 24 hours. Please, clearly explain the details and nature of your complaint. I assure you, we will do everything we can to remedy any situation. Finally, I kindly ask that you investigate deeper before reaching any conclusions and not to automatically believe everything you read, especially on the Internet.
Please find a few a few links that will explain what we do.
