Signed on with them to develop my idea after an initai cost of $600 dollars for a patent search etc was sent this fancy looking book of research results.

Then was contacted with a proposal to contiue with the production of a working model for the purpose of selling the idea to a manufacturer that "davidson" had lined up.

Only to continue I must pay thousands of dollars or hire the by the hour for an outrageous amount to develop my product even though at the outset I spacifically asked that after paying for the intial research if I would have to pay more because as it was I had to pay the intial money to them in payments. So they were fully aware that I did not have access to a large amount of funds.

They gave several options but each was a cost of thousands of dollars and different royalty percentages signed over to Davison.

Also gave only a short time frame for me to commit to any of there payment methods. I even found some products made in the UK that were exactly what I was trying to develop. Yet they did not seem to think this was a problem.

If I had known they would be demanding thousands of dollars from me I would have never started the initial research. MAJOR RIPOFF
