WOW!! I've been on this site before, but have never seen so many posts describing in detail the exact circumstances I am going through. The last 4 years I have been fighting with first Jason Silliman and now Andy Cable about my invention and for the last 4 years the same results - nothing.

It's ironic how everyone must pay the $685 up front to get process moving and then an additional $10,000 for completion. Does every product cost the same to make? How is this company still in business? Where are the watchdogs?

I sought legal counsel and have done as much research as possible. One intersting fact I found was The American Investors Protection Act of 1999, which requires companies like Davison to disclose the results of past products. I received a hand-made satisfaction report from only the year 2000, which does not meet the requirement, but there seems to be no law suit with substantial backing.

Regardless, I feel we need to work together to either get our money back or shut the company down. They claim to have several affiliations with local watchdogs. The list can be found on the davison54.com website under site map, affiliations. There we can make reports against the firm. by using the rebuttal box below and use the power in numbers philosophy.

Davison 8+ yr. Lawsuit decision to impose a $26,000,000. fine on Davison 03-17-06, to be paid to the FTC, to redress the defrauded inventors!

AUTHOR: Thomas - (U.S.A.)

The FTC filed a fraud suit , in 1997 on Davison , that judge Lancaster was put in charge of in July 2003 & was finnaly able to render a decision to impose a $26,000,000. fine on Davison 03-17-06, to be paid to the FTC, to redress the defrauded inventors!

Lancaster , however , decided against enforcihg the monetary part of his 03-17-06 order , pending appeal to the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals .

As a result , Davison must post a $12,000,000. bond with in 30 days & can remain in business & stay out of jail , unlike the Enron lawsuit !
