I have been receiving renal treatment from davita for approx. 6 months. During the months I have received treatment. I am normally dialyzed 3hrs to 3.5 hrs. I am being over charged greatly every month. They are charging me for four hrs. Sometimes five and overcharging my insurance company for services not receiving . Please help me resolve my medical issues with this company thanks.
