Please do not rent a room from this woman that advertises on Craigslist. The address is 2229 St. Roch Ave. New Orleans, La.  Her Name is Dawn Carl. The duplex is NOT a 3 bedroom--she has her bed in the dining room and her office where she rips-off people on line from her All Things Genealogical website. She does not have a BA in History and she DOES have a criminal record. You will never get your deposit back and once she has your cash she will do her best to drive you out. She will ask you to lie to welfare for her she is collecting foodstamps and waiting for Social Security Disability benefits though she is not disabled and does not report her rental income or business income. She is a total drunk--drives drunk--sits in her house and chain smokes cigarettes and marijuana and will tell you how everyone has taken advantage of her. She is a liar and a sick mean toothless cow. I am serious this woman is evil. She is behind on the rent and will use your rent money for booze and drugs and to feed her pregnant cat. She is a rude nasty know-it-all and very verbally abusive.
