Stayed here 1 night during Leesburg Bike Fest on a Saturday 2 months later they draw 2 nights out of my debit bank acct, call them to let them know they made a mistake and they would never call back.Last time they told me its to bad do what I want about it.Called Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation's they could not do anything and my bank was unable to help because Days inn fought it.Called Days Inn Corp and no help from them they never get back to you either. So looks like they have all angles covered and can take money out of your acct anytime. The rooms are nasty and not worth 173 dollars a night. If you have to stay here please make sure you pay in cash,do not give them your credit card number

Josey is merely a common ordinary run of the mill troll and is not worthy of any attention.  Unfortunately, people like him/her are common on the internet. Ignore him/her.

Why is it when someone comes to this site to post comments about how they were ripped off, and give these shallow answers as to how they were ripped off, giving the most unplausable reasons that they were given as to why they did not have their money returned, you always feel that you are the "protector of the underdog"?  Why is that?

I asked a simple question, and I dont need your stupid comments to cloud up this report.  I need answers from the Original Author of this post.

I said multiple times before, when someone posts a complaint here saying how someone ripped them off, and the reasons they give are hard to fathom, I want additional questions answered, so I can decide for myself if the Company actually ripped them off.

So, again mr Original Poster, please answer my question,  Did you book the room for a total of 3 nights?  It is quite a simple question, and can be answered quite simply.    Please do not let Josey Whales, decide for you that you can slander a company without giving all the facts involved.

question for you.

You said you stayed there 1 night.  How many nights did you actually book the hotel for?
did you book 3 nights?  The only reason I ask is because you made a comment that the rooms were nasty. This is why I am wondering if you left the hotel 2 nights early.

Further, if you did not book 3 nights, and Day's Inn fought your disputing the charges with your bank, they it seems the only way they could have filed a dispute, and won was because you actually booked 3 nights total.

If this was the case, and you actually booked 3 nights, then you owe days inn for 3 nights.  No matter how nasty the hotel was when you stayed there.  Your only recourse would have been to go to the hotel the next day, and ask for another room.

Please let us all know how many nights you BOOKED the room for.  This would help to answer the question if you were actually ripped off or not.

Oh btw Josey Wales, keep your snide, idiotic comments to your self.  The Author of this artice is making comments of how he was charged for 2 additional nights, and we would love to know if he actually had the hotel reserve the room for those 2 additional days.  So let him answer the question,.
