This company installed a new factory crate motor, starter, water pump, fuel pump, hoses and flex plate in our truck and the starter failed four times. Each time a new starter was installed. We were charged for the third starter. Paid towing twice, and the last time the starter failed, we took it to another mechanic who informed us the starter was not installed correctly, it was not shimmed to align with the flex plate. We had to have a new flex plate installed so the starter would work properly. Then the radiator started to leak, so we took it back and they just over tightened a hose and called it good. Took it back a second time and lo and behold, we need a new radiator, this one couldn't be repaired. We also had Daytech do a complete brake job, they told us "everything" needed to be replaced (drums, rotors, calipers, everything) and we allowed the work. After less than 10,000 miles the brakes were failing as well.

this report is totally false ; we never did a engine or anyother work for this person ; i have no idea of his motives for doing the report. in california we have the bureau of automotive repair and if he had a repair done by us , all he had to do is call a toll free number to get it resolved , and they would act on his part. we rechurched our data base and found no work for this gentlman , " ever " and the way we found out was a good customer ran accruse it and alert us to investigate. we welcome him to bring his work order in or contact the bureau for resulution , of which he has none .
