Dayton Time Warner Cable Left service on for 9 months after we moved out of state last i checked if you miss your bill they cut you off Dayton, Ohio

Had service with this company 4 yrs ago in miamisburg oh. called day we were moving out of state to have service turned off. they confirmed it would be. a year later we get a bill in wyoming for 9 months of service after we left. and we are pretty sure noone was in the house . it was up for sale, i asked them if it was standard practice to leave cable on that long with unpaid bills. rep didnt have an answer.theyre not getting a dime.
