I had a pleasant experience buying my truck with my salesman but I now have a huge issue with the way the finance department operates. As a veteran I am able to utilize USAA and walked in with a blank check for a loan that I obtained through them. The dirtbag finance guy Ivan was so pushy about this one particular bank he could guarantee a better rate through (had already informed me of what rate as well, just to be exact), so to shut him up I authorized him to run my credit once, through that bank. HE RAN MY CREDIT 22 TIMES WHICH RESULTED IN AN 82 POINT DECREASE ON MY CREDIT SCORE! It almost makes me think that he had already run the credit checks prior to my authorization and that is how he could guarantee a specific bank with a particular interest rate. I left a voicemail on the general manager Kendall Garrison's answering machine with no call back and I have also requested an appointment to sit with him to resolve this issue. I can certainly without a doubt say that I will never do business here again at this point, or at any of their sister dealerships. If this issue doesn't get resolved within the next couple of days I will be in contact with the better business bureau. Needless to say, BUYERS BEWARE of their finance office tactics.

Yes....they are shaking in their boots! They have already envisioned the BBB Swat Teams swarming the store! They can see the dogs, all German Sheppards with sharp teeth and AIDS ready to bite! They can see the TV and major network news crews poised outside as the BBB Swat Teams handcuff the employees. Worst of all, they can see the BBB Magistrates and Attorneys writing out the citations then escourting the "guilty" into the mobile courtroom inside a converted tractor trailer complete with a judge in a robe and twelve people picked off the street and sworn in, on the spot as jurors! Then, they can envision the specially constructed BMJ ("Bureau's Mobile Jail") again from a converted tractor trailer where those found guilt of breaking the BBB's laws will serve out their sentence. Please, please be patient with these people. Being arrested, brought to trial and then sentenced by "The Bureau" is the worst fate anyone can imagine. The fines the BBB hands out are tremendous. Community service is ONLY offered after the guilty party has served seven years of their BBB jail sentence. Oh sir, I beg you...I plead with you with all the goodness in your heart, please, please do not involve the BBB! Please sir, have a heart!
