I ordered the teeth whitening based on all the great reviews on Google. It was on a trial basis and I just pay $1.95 shipping and handling. On checkout, the cost was $12.90. Nowhere did I agree to this. There is absolutely no way you can contact the site but only via Live Chat. There is a phone number but no one answers. Only through Live Chat, I discovered my order is shipped, no way out. I have 14 days to try out and if I don't return within 14 days, they will charge $87.62 on my credit card. Future orders are being shipped to you after 14 days if you don't put a cancel. Live chat told me to review the Terms and Conditions which I had read and agreed to before placing the order. They sent me the Terms and Conditions which I have never saw! If I have seen that, I would never never placed that order! I am an intelligent person and always so careful. This is the first time I have been scammed! I am so ashamed. I cannot tell anyone, this site. Thank you for listening.

I pulled up the main ordering website from google and scrolled down to the bottom.
Bottom of the page, exactly in the location I would expect on any website is a button.
"Terms and Conditions"
Extra fee for out of US orders (the 12.90) and full disclosure of 87$ 14 day fees.
Yes, they did inform you in advance. You just didn't bother to read it.
