Fell for the "local mom" finds breakthrough that everyone can afford. Even helped out with "codes" for a discount of another couple dollars. I ordered Dazzle Smile and Smile Brite like the breakthrough program said needed to work together. Had I known I would be finding charges on my credit card for the next two months of $92.37, $87.62  and $24.82 and having to call customer service until I turned blue, I would have exited the internet site in a second! Don't let this happen to you. These companies have hidden charges all over the place. The 24.82 I found out today, was for some fitness club that I did not UNSIGN for on the top of the third page of some terms. Give me a break! These companies WILL NOT credit you back either. One even told me to send my unused portion back for a credit on 10/28/09 and when I called today to find out why I was not credited yet, they told me my 30 day trial was ended on 10/23/09. Then why wouldn't the rep have told me that instead of having me mail back my product and tell me I was getting a refund. Also... why is are these charges under so many different names on credit card statements. The same product one month is under  ultrifeshwell and three weeks later is charging my card from beutyclub???? I have been sooo upset by these companies, I can't believe they are able to operate like this! Can't somebody shut these people down? Tell everyone you know not to fall for this trap.
