According to their customer service I was advised to return the product within 11 days to obtain a refund. This is Grand theft in California when the membership fees of 19.95 a month are added in.

One more thing. I did not receive the product until after the trial period was over. This was my complaint to the D.A. They obviously don't keep records on when they ship out.
