I ordered the "sample" on line that had a $1.95 shipping charge. They called me the next day to confirm my internet order. I said I asked for a sample but did not authorize any other charges or monthly "club" membership.

I go the single sample in the mail. Then my bank account went into overdraft! Varimi with a bogus toll free number that rings busy for weeks on end charged my bank account at the beginning of October for $79.28 then 8 days later charged my account again for $87.62. By this time I had $70 in overdraft fees from my bank.

After contacting my bank and having them investigate it they gave me a toll free number that I finally got through on 888.948.5508 I was on the phone 20 minutes. The rep told me to go to the website to re-read the Terms and Conditions. I went to the site with him online the site had NO TERMS AND CONDITIONS! Oops! He went to the site too and then said, "I am having the same problem...they must be updating the website" Double Oops!

He told me I had to send back the first "free sample" to get credit and have proof that I declined delivery on the other stuff they sent me. He did e-mail me the details to send the junk back. with a 15 digit Return order number that has to be printed boldly on the outside of the package for me to get credit.

In all they owe me $166 + the overdraft charges of at last count $70+ dollars.

I have a call into my banker to see if I should just cancel my bank account so they can't keep billing me.

Like thousands of others I too was defrauded by rauscherbekke.com (Cleanwhites.com) and Farend Services, LTD (Dazzlesmilepro.com).  They collectively entice people with online advertisements for Cleanwhites.com along with Dazzlesmilepro.com teeth whitening products.  All they "ask" is that you pay to cover shipping and handling at ($0.99 + $1.95 each) to trial the product.

Both company's customer service departments called me two days later to "say thanks for the trial order and to 'offer' a monthly subscription".  They both said that the phone conversation was being tape recorded so I CLEARLY AND FLATLY stated that I would not under any circumstances agree to a monthly subscription and would cancel the product trial immediately if required.  They BOTH agreed to send the trial samples any way as advertised with no subscription requirement.

A month later I received a monthly "subscription" bill for $87 per month on my credit card!  I immediately called the credit card company to dispute the $87 charge, but not the $0.99 or $1.95 charges.  Of course when I called both merchants they left my call in an automatic call system for an enormous wait.  Then when I finally reached a live person they refused to cancel my initial subscription even if I returned the remaining trial product.

THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE IN PRISON FOR INTERNET FRAUD!  They willfully suppress their real intentions and 'terms & conditions' so that they can extort money from people online!
