AUTHORIZED CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT; ORDERED TRIAL USE OF PRODUCT W/OUT MAG SUBSCRIPTION; TEETH HURT AND RETURNED PRODUCT W/IN TWO DAYS; CONFIRMED CXL OF PRODUCT AND ANY OTHER CHARGES ASSOC WITH PRODUCT; CXLD ALL; UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES APPEARED ON MY CREDIT CARD; CALLED 866 396 2729 NUMBER TO ELITE PACK AND ASKED FOR SUPERVISOR; REFUSED TO LET ME SPEAK TO SUPERVISOR AND WOULD KEPT PUTTING ME ON MUTE; TOLD ME MY "MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTION" HAD TO BE CANCELLED SEPARATELY AND THAT THEY WOULD NOW CANCEL IT; BUT THE CHARGES  WILL REMAIN ON MY CREDIT CARD; I WAS TOLD WHEN I CALLED TO GET RETURN INFO AND TO CXL MY SUBSCRIPTION (WHICH I DID BEFORE MY TRIAL PERIOD WAS UP) THAT NO OTHER CHARGES WOULD BE POSTED TO MY ACCOUNT; I HAD ASKED ABOUT THE TRIAL MAG OFFER WHICH I ORIGINALLY DECLINE OVER THE PHONE INITIALLY ANYWAY AND AGAIN I WAS ASSURED NOTHING WOULD GET CHARGED; ATTORNEY GENERAL IN COLORADO; PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS WITH ALL THE COMPLAINTS OF THIS SCAM.
