These people are SCAM ARTISTS!!! I ordered dazzlewhite and returned it, and still have not received my refund of $87 that they charged me for that bullshit. All of a sudden I check my account today and I have a charge from World Club Fitness (of course the charge doesnt say world club, it says ELITEPACK CYUS with a telephone number, another scumbag move by them) who I never heard of in my life!!! First I call dazzlesmile and ask them why I am being charged $25 and she tells me that dazzlesmile did not charge me. So I ask well then who did? And she says she has the companys 800 number bu doesnt know who they are or what they do. So I tell her, you have the companys telephone number but you dont know who they are? LIAR!!!! Another lie by dazzlewhite, what a bunch of scumbags. I call the 800 number and the RUDE representative tells me that I agreed to pay $25 to this bogus membership. So I asked her to show me in writing where I agreed to it and she said I agreed when I signed up for dazzlewhite which I DID NOT do. And then she said that I received a confirmation email giving me my username and password to worlds club fitness which I NEVER received. And when I told her that I never got the email she gave me some bogus story about how emails sometimes get "lost" and "mixed up". Talk about a bunch of bullshit scam artists. These people are unbelievable. I wanted to speak to a manager and get a refund and obviously that never happened. She hung up on me and told me there are no refunds and theres nothing I can do. I just got off the phone with my bank and credit card company and had to cancel both my cards. Now I have to wait 1-2 weeks for new cards because of these SCAMMING ASSHOLES. I'm reporting them to the business bureau and would be more then happy to join anyone filling a lawsuit of any kind. These people must be stopped, they cant just take peoples credit cards and charge them without our authorization. They dont care about us they just want to take our money, we need to stop these SCUMBAG SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Yes, but after you cancel anyone you fail to mention they need to cancel the subscription/ membership you enrolled them into but give their information to World Club Fitness.  Which is a very deceving business practise.  Thank God my credit card company helped get me my refund.  BOGUS

I agree with the scam artist description.  If you look at all of the supposed 'employee' responses, it is the same darn thing!  They obviously cut and paste the response.  Seriously!!!!  Do you think we are that stupid to just sit back and accept your pitiful explanation???  Yes, we may have fallen prey to the scam but now we are out for revenge.  Beware, there are many of us that WILL receive our money!!!!  I would be ashamed to be employed by any of these fake companies.
