They said I could use it to start a bussiness or just supplement my income, they gave examples of people as though they received from them, they used Elvis Presley, Princess Di, Oprah Winfrey,Jerry Lewis. They said that Howard Hughes left One Billion Dollars for various agencies like De Manaco Heritage Fund. Then they said "May you use your grant wisely and well". The letter was well writen and because of the names used believeable especially Oprah Winfrey and Howard Hughes everyone knows he was wealthy and Oprah is whealthy. And you just believe them. You are told to send 25.00 for adminstration cost and that you can get this back upon request. Because of the names used and a chance to change your life you really believe the letter.
