DeVry University Keller Graduate School of Management Financial Aid Fraud and Deceipt Milwaukee, Wisconsin

I am an author with a J.D. who is getting a second grad degree, an M.A. in Public Administration at Keller/DeVry.  I have a 3.75 Grade Point Average.
DeVry financial aid fraudulently claimed I owed them hundreds of dollars.  I proved I did not.  After I filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau Chicago area and the U.S. Dept. of Education Jeunet Davenport, Milwaukee campus director, retaliated by refusing to register me for my class that starts July 5 and by slashing $19,000 off of my 2011/2012 financial aid refunds.  The refunds are my only major source of income right now and I will be homeless and starving if I do not receive my financial aid refund on time (week of July 17).  DeVry/Davenport attempted to extort me into signing an agreement to accept only $1000 a session in a refund rather than the over $4000 I am entitled to under federal law and DeVry Cost of Attendance figures.
