Don't be fooled by their marketing tactics.Ask yourself why most of their schools enroll students from low income families who receive free scholarships and state grants, military and government aid. You wont find any elite alumni at DeVry. After having to comply with new education policies, DeVry share profits plunged 90 percent. Ask yourself this question---- Are you willing to risk your entire future and college education to dishonest for-profit businesses like DeVry who cannot guarantee their graduates any better than the minimum- wage service industry? There are currently at least half a million students in the US enrolled in for-profit universities/institutions like DeVry. These students are all taking on substantial debt. Some studies & stastics project student loans amount to nearly a trillion dollars. This is more than the entire credit-card debt of the US. Over 90% of such debt is held by students enrolled in for-profit colleges like DeVry. This is another major economic disaster waiting to happen. DeVry and other for-profit institutions are stealing our steadfast university education from students while government without fail continues to hand them federal aid and grant money incl GI federal student aid. The student leaves with a worthless paper-mill degree & substantial loans they will never be able to repay.  Ask yourself why DeVry caters mostly to high number of low-income, inner-city students. The answer you might realize is the Free Federal Aid DeVry receives without ever being accountable for the sub-standard university education they deliver. They have expanded  into South America in areas like Brazil- low income inner city students who get education aid from their govt.
