I have written a letter to the company and tried to e-mail and have not heard anything.
I also contacted Borders and Gevalia but Borders said anyone can buy their gift cards and give them out as they please. I pointed out bad advetising and got nowhere, the same with Gevalia and even cancelled future coffee orders.
I continue to get all kinds of free give-away
gift cards from this company which on the e-mail the names given are Restaurant Review Panel and DealGenius.
