I visited a site on web and started to give my information, changed my mind and xxxxxxxxx out, but for a couple of months my bank acct has been debit for something. I was not able to contact them because the bank statement only had part of the phone number. One number was always missing. A few days ago when I was off from work, I went to the bank to get the information cancelled or close my acct, the bank gave me the complete number.
I have tried to contact them and the message states that due to heavy call volumn ( I'll bet) that my call will be taken by the next rep. I held on for ten minuites, the first time and five minuites the next. I don't like all that holding on. I will continue to try and get them til I finally can.
This is a rip off. I'm being charged $14.95 for some type of service that I'm not getting, or bought something that I tried to xxxxx out of. I hope they get them off the internet.
