I joined deal dash at the end of oct. 2012 bought a good amount of bids. I soon started noticing that most of the bidders were new like myself. That was my red flag. If this site is so good then why are 90% of the bidders new members. Since I had already purchased my bid packages it was too late to turn back. I won a few items. Did I get a deal? No, I didn't. I added up how much I paid for bids vs. what the products really cost & didn't even break even. Most items are at least 50% marked up. So you think your getting a deal.

I was suppose to receive my items by nov. 22 which was thanksgiving. So on 11/21/12 I sent them two emails. On 11/26/12 I sent another one. It says they will respond with in 48-72 hours but I have yet to hear back from anybody.

If you decided to give deal dash a try then good luck to ya. Buyer beware!!! Already contacted Bbb & waiting to hear back from them. I'll push as hard & whoever I have to to get this resolved.

I have received 3 of my items. Well, I received two amazon gift cards as replacements for out of stock items. The other was my actual won item. Waiting on one more item/gift card. Which ever they send. Even though I did receive most of my items, I will not be back on deal dash. It took a month and 1/2 to get three of my items. I'm guessing it'll be two months to get my fourth item. All were won on same day. I do believe deal dash is just in over there heads. Took on more than they can chew & now chocking on this mess. I just don't think it's worth it to wait forever for my items. Especially when I can go on amazon get it cheaper & receive it in 2 days. Sometimes you learn lessons the hard way. To other people waiting on items, all I can say is that I'm pretty sure you will receive your items. Just in deal dash time. Which totally sucks.....

No gift cards

As with you, I won several items and did not receive them after email well over 100 emails in one night to their customer support I finally received a response. As I am sure you can guess they blamed it on their new shipping companies. They offered me toysrus and amazon gift cards instead of the items.Well its been almost two weeks and no gift cards or response from customer support. I have sent another 100+ emails to their customer support today, and plan to do it everyday until I get a response. Please everyone stay clear of DEALDASH, unless you like to give money away. You have a better chance of winning the lottery then getting what you won from this company.

I just checked my mail & no amazon gift cards! They were suppose to be here by today. No luck!!!! I emailed dash deal support again but I think that's a waste of time. They keep blaming the shipping company but that's bs. Dealdash needs to step up & take responsibility for this instead of blaming others. Good luck to everybody! Looks like I'm just gonna have to take this as a lesson learned & tell anybody who will listen about this scam company. I'll keep updating as/if things change.

Dealdash finally emailed be back. My items were on back order. They gave me the option to get amazon gift cards instead. Which will be enough to buy the items I won. Now to see if I actually get them. I also received 100 free bids on to my account. So far it seems like dealdash is trying to do the right thing. I will update again about receiving or not receiving my gift cards. 12/07/12

I also won several auctions on DealDash. Received an email on 11/13/12 telling me my items have been shipped and will receive on or before 11/22/12. It is now 11/30/12 and no items. I have emailed the company several times with no response. This company is nothing more than a ripoff. If something seems to good to be true, it usually is.  If everyone started posting how bad they really are on their social network pages telling all their friends and families, they would finally get the hint that you can not rip people off.  Buyer Beware!!!!
