DealChicken & Guesthouse Inn Guesthouse Inn Pigeon Forge,Tn. 2 night stay with free tickets to araea attractions Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

Purchased from Dealchicken 2 night stay with 2 free tickets to 1 of 3  area attractions for $104.00 which sounded like a great deal.  Called Guesthouse Inn and made reservations for 4/3/13 and 4/4/13 and the deal mentioned some restrictions and I ask what the restrictions were and was told that I would have to talk to the concierge desk but they won't be there until we check-in.  I ask if this was a time share or sales presentation and was advised no.  I called 3 times trying get answers
but was given the run the around. The deal stated regular value $245.00 saving 57% but taxes not included. 

Upon arrival at the Inn a lady was setting at a desk in the lobby and I ask if she was the concierge and she advised she was I asked what were the restrictions on the 2 free tickets and she said we must sign in with the Inn first.  We were charged taxes
on $245.00 or $30.91 after we checked in we were advised we must  watch a film the next day which took an hour ( sales pitch) rip off I was very angry after being told by Inn that it was not a time share nor a sales pitch. I told the concierge that I would not do that.  We went to our room and found the room unsuitable for us to stay in.  It was unclean for our standards we decided to leave and ask for a refund but was told non refundable we did not stay at this place nor will we ever. This business lied to us and I will do  whatever to get my money back.  197 people bought the same deal.  I have tried  to reach DealChicken by email but have not heard from them as of 3:45 Pm 4/4/13.

 BEWARE these people are rip off kings.
