We bought an SuperPlayer/SuperGagdet MP3 player as advertised by DealChicken. The player arrived but contains absolutely no instructions on how to format or load. I am an experienced Mac user and cannot get the device to work. It is not broken, it just does not work. It is a bogus device. Even the packaging is sketchy and includes one small piece of paper giving instructions for operation that are incorrect. I contacted the vendor via email and got a half-assed response telling me to call a toll-free number. That number was answered by a recording which asked that I leave a message, but I was unable to do so as their mailbox was full. It is pretty obvious this is a scam product and a scam company that sold it. There are apparently many other people out there like myself who got scammed buying this MP3 player.
DealChicken has a responsibility to check out what they are offering to assure that it is representing a legitimate product and legitimate company. When DealChicken offers for sale products which obviously do not work or made by crooked manufacturers or vendors, it makes DealChicken just as bad as the companies they are promoting. We wasted over $16 on what turned out to be a scam.
I will never, EVER buy anything through DealChicken again and my suggestion is that you don't either.
