Dealdash After buying item, item is "out of stock" - replacements are cheaper!! Internet

*Consumer Suggestion: Help is on the way
this is fraud, how can they list items for sale when they do not have them. They can buy these items on the open market and ship them to the winning bidders, or give me a gift card to a store that carries them, I am sure there are alot of buyers out there upset with this practice.. Also, they have Furbys listed on the "future items for auction". This has to stop, this is ongoing fraud. Who regulates internet fraud? The US postal service?
