This warranty company is scam. I paid $2,000.00 for a warranty, I specifically asked if it covers the engine and the transmission and was told yes. I recently brought my car in to get the transmission fixed. It has been nothing but a headache. First they stalled any work being done by asking for maintencance records, when I supplied them they needed to send an adjuster down to look at it. The transmission needed to be taken apart for them to see the parts. The adjuster did not show up when they were supposed to on two occasions, 10 days later and $879 in car rental fees they finally showed up. They would not cover the repairs. The transmission company that I brought it to said the car could not be driven like this and that it needed to be fixed immediately. Now that the transmission had been taken apart the transmission place wants $1900. So in addition to paying Dealer Services $2,000 for the warranty I now have to pay another $1900 to get my transmission put back together(which should be covered under warranty) and so far $879 in rental fees which keeps going up every day I do not have my car. When I try calling Dealer Services they do want to listen they just keep giving excuses on why it is not covered. Please be advised that no one should ever waste their money on this company and whoever else has been scammed we should all file a class action suit against them.
