Called to cancel warranty, agent Ryan Bensinger very rude and un cooperative. When I asked to speak with Agent Ryan's manager he refused. When I asked for Agent Ryans name he replied Ryan Jones. What a smuck.. he is the same jerk that scamed me in the first place. His name is Agent RYAN BENSINGER. Don't call this company of scammers you will can NEVER believe what they tell you or what they mifgt try to do.

Soo Sorry Ryan Bensinger credit cards were cancelled after first phone call, but it looks like you did get me for $349.00 down you scum bag.

I did get a refund

AUTHOR: Thetruth - (U.S.A.)

Well i did for ne have an expired warranty when I called Dealership Warranties they
told me because of my milage couldnt help me. After a brief hold a manager go on the line and told because I bought the car used he would allow the rep to offer me an extended warranty after all, cool they made an exception. Well I was laid off for a few months and was unable to pay the monthly bill on the interest free financing term I was under. So I called to cancel the policy, after a brief conversation with the rep I spoke to I was transfered to a customer service rep and she was able to keep my policy active by defering my payment a month. Great they totally helped me, got back on my feet was able to pay the next few months no problems. I ended up getting hurt at my job and was permently out on disability there was no way to keep my warranty for the vehicle any longer. When I called to do the refund they wanted to help me spread the payments out further but like I said there was really no way. The only thing I was upset about is that I got deducted from my pro rated refund one of the claims I had taken on the vehicle. I guess that did make since though when I thought about it it just wasn't told to me until then. So I'm not sure why the other gentleman didnt get his money back maybe he had a claim he took out like me and thats why he lost the money, but you definately can get a refund, just depends on claims and time how much.
